Late cancellation fee
- Less than 2 weeks notice - $1 fee per person
- No prior notice - $50 cancellations fee plus $1 fee per person
- A fee will be charged if the number of student arriving on the tour is significantly lower from scheduled number

Checks, credit cards and purchase orders are preferred, cash accepted. Memberships and coupons may
not be used towards school trips. Our tours are considered a special event, such as Luminaria.
As the lead teacher, you will need to present the entire payment for your group upon arrival at the Garden.
If a chaperone arrives late and their payment is not included in the group payment, they will be charged
regular admission fees.
