Please read the following group tour terms and conditions carefully. Indicate your acceptance of these terms by checking one of the options below.

*Groups consist of 10 or more people. Large groups will be divided into smaller groups of 10-20 for guided tours.

We request that all guided tours be requested at least 2 weeks in advance, while self-guided tours may be booked with minimal notice. A confirmation will be emailed to you within 2 business days of receipt of this request form. Scheduled tours take place rain or shine.

For all guided tours: If your are not currently set up with direct billing with the Desert Botanical Garden, a nonrefundable 50% deposit torwards your group's guided tour will be required for tour confirmation.

Luminarias and Concert Tickets will require upfront purchase as they are special events with limited ticket availability.

Although outside food may not be brought into the Garden, we offer a Patio Café with breakfast, lunch, and snack items.
