Your group will enjoy team-building activities, breakout sessions, lunch, sit-down dinner or cocktail party set among our exotic collection of desert flora.  We invite you to tour the Desert Botanical Garden and discover our open-air pavilions, scenic courtyards and historic settings. Once you have seen the beauty of the Garden, you will know why it’s a “natural” for both business and networking events.

Venues

Dorrance Center (Boppart Courtyard/Dorrance Hall/Kitchell Patio)
Dorrance Center is our largest event space.  Join us for a dinner reception that beings with cocktails on Boppart Courtyard, on the south side of Dorrance Hall.  The evening progresses as you delight your attendees with a plated dinner in Dorrance Hall.  After dinner enjoy desserts and cordials on Kitchell Patio, on the north side of Dorrance Hall.  You may also join us for a daytime business conference or tradeshow.  Weisz Learning Center classrooms and Farrington Conference Room are nearby for breakout sessions.  Dorrance Hall has projection and microphone capabilities.  Evening and daytime rentals are available.

Dorrance Hall Capacity: 300 seated dinner/400 auditorium seating (4,600 square feet)                               
Pricing: $3,500 for Dorrance Center for 5 hours.  Breakout rooms available starting at $400 for up to 4 hours.

Webster Center (Eliot Patio/Ullman Terrace/Webster Auditorium)
The Webster Center is an enchanting outdoor venue for evening dinners and receptions. Begin your evening with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception on Eliot Patio.  Dinner is revealed as guests enter onto Ullman Terrace, where starts shine up above, twinkle-lights illuminate trees, and saguaros on the Garden Butte are spotlighted.   Historic Webster Auditorium, a traditional adobe building, is the perfect venue for Southwest charm; it serves as rain backup and additional space for cocktails or after-glow.

Capacity: 150 seated dinner on Ullman Terrace/ 100 in Webster Auditorium (1,500 square feet)
Pricing: $3,000 for Webster Center for 5 hours.  Evening rentals only.  Available 5-11 p.m.

Webster Auditorium
Webster Auditorium offers a unique setting for meetings or retreats. Guests can enjoy lunch on the adjacent Eliot Patio or have a break out session in the nearby Whiteman Conference Room. Webster Auditorium has microphone capabilities.  Rents separately for day use only.  Rents as part of Webster Center for evening use.

Capacity: 100 persons                             
Pricing: $500 up to 4 hours, $1,000 4-8 hours.  Daytime pricing valid for events ending prior to 4 p.m.

Whiteman Conference Room
Whiteman Conference Room is ideal for board meetings, retreats or team-building activities. French doors open onto Eliot Patio and nearby Pritzloff Patio for breakout sessions or lunch.  Whiteman Conference Room has projection capabilities.  Rents separately for day use only.  Rents as part of Webster Center for evening use.

Capacity: 30 persons                             
Pricing: $400 up to 4 hours, $800 4-8 hours.  Daytime pricing valid for events ending prior to 4 p.m.

Herb Garden
The Herb Garden is made up of seven themed herbal gardens, including Mediterranean, Picante, and medicinal.  This captivating location is ideal for an outdoor cocktail hour or dinner reception for up to 75 people where guests will wander the private paths and enjoy intimate gathering spaces.  This is also the perfect venue for cooking demonstrations and classes, as chefs will be inspired by the surroundings.

Capacity: 75 max.
Pricing: $2,000 for Herb Garden for 5 hours.  Evening rentals only.  Available 4-11 p.m.

Binns Wildflower Pavilion
The Binns Wildflower Pavilion, surrounded by wildflowers, is a magical location for any day or evening event. It is a lovely, high-ceilinged pavilion with hanging, rusted stars, wrapped twinkle lights, and a skylight.

Capacity: 125 seated dinner
Pricing: $1,700 for Wildflower Pavilion for 5 hours.  Evening and daytime rentals are available.

Enhancements for Your Event:
• Hand lit Luminarias placed throughout your site
• Guest give-aways include Music in the Garden CDs, sunscreen, rain ponchos, and flashlights
• Docent-guided tours and touch carts can add a unique charm to your event
• IT and AV staffing and enhancements are available through Ultimate Audio Visual
• Passes to the Butterfly Pavilion (open 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. seasonally)
